The Founder:
Elena Parrilla, MBA
My journey began in management and consulting in the fields of Headhunting, Human Resources, Design Management, and Innovation, culminating in a career spanning over 30 years. This experience has endowed me with the skills to manage projects of increasing complexity and the creativity to solve problems and make impactful decisions. My passion for creativity led me to found Maxvida in 2004, a pioneering social company, in Spain, dedicated to designing adaptive clothing for people with different capabilities and the elderly, showcasing my commitment to social entrepreneurship and design.
Discovering coaching as my professional calling, I have dedicated myself to the personal and professional development of my clients. My approach combines a deep understanding of business with a comprehensive coaching methodology. I am passionate about helping my clients recognize and achieve their full potential, using a mix of methodological processes, insightful questioning, and a suite of powerful tools and resources.
Clients value my energy, integrity, compassion, and sense of humor, finding relief in being understood and supported through their challenges. Drawing inspiration from figures like Steve Jobs, I remind them, "The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle". Together, we embark on a journey to discover their passion and purpose.

I employ a client-centered and solution-focused approach, tailoring my coaching to each client’s needs or company's culture and their unique expectations for success. My methodology integrates principles from various disciplines, including Frankl's focus on meaning, Kohut's empathy, Goleman's Emotional Intelligence and Appreciative Inquiry. Emphasizing clients' strengths and future goals, I foster an environment where clients leverage their skills, knowledge, and experience to overcome challenges and achieve success.
Now, with the addition of Creativity Coaching to my services, I am excited to further empower individuals and organizations in the creative industries, fostering innovation and artistic expression. This new offering builds on my extensive background and is supported by my recent training in Creativity Coaching with Dr. Eric Maisel, enhancing my ability to support clients in unleashing their creative potential.
