1 - Pre-Investment:
We work with investors during the pre-investment due diligence phase to assess the Human Capital assets and liabilities of M&A and startup founders and founding teams. Our powerfully predictive assessment process is specifically designed and validated to measure the unique qualities of M&A deals, start-ups and entrepreneurial success.
2 - Management Due Diligence:
We assess senior management and their leadership capabilities, contributing towards the strategic objectives and vision of the company, on both individual and group level. Our procedure includes:
Assessments: we carry out both individual and team assessments.
Behavioural interviews with each manager.
Debrief sessions.
3 - Reporting:
We produce a final report, where our client will be able to objectively examine the strengths and gaps of each manager and the team as a whole. The information about the team can be integrated with the rest of their Due Diligence process. Then, our client makes their investment decision and rest assured, knowing that our data will help them make a better decision than their own gut instinct.
4 - Post-acquisition
The results of the HCDD assessments, will be used to build, develop, coach, and grow the human capital of our clients' portfolio companies.
