Stress Management

Overview

Stress is a fact, we experience it everyday. However, too much stress makes us ineffective and reduces the control we have over our lives. The impact of sustained high stress on our body depends on how well we balance the pressures of performance with recovering ourselves through relaxation, exercise, nutrition and self-awareness.

The “Stress Management" workshop will help you identify your personal difficulties, reflect upon your stress management and relaxation techniques and become more effective in handling everyday issues effectively.

If you feel overwhelmed by stress come along and take a look at yourself, rebuild your energy and create a more balanced lifestyle, by identifying unsuitable behaviours and creating your stress management toolkit.  Participants will answer a questionnaire, covering stress-related issues.

"Resistance creates suffering. Stress happens when your mind resists what is. The only problem in your life is your mind's resistance to life as it unfolds."
Dan Millman - Author & Lecturer in Personal Development
