A Leadership Circle Profile™ Retake is a full Leadership Circle Profile™ assessment taken for the second time, usually 12-18 months after your first LCP, with the same or new evaluators.  The first Leadership Circle Profile™ assessment will help you understand the relationship between how you normally think, how you behave and the impact that is having on your level of leadership effectiveness at that moment. Leadership transformation does not happen that easy!

Unlike most personality assessments, you can retake a Leadership Circle Profile™ once you have started your developmental journey and see your specific growth and development on key areas.  You will then acknowledge and celebrate the changes you have put already in place and, also, you will identify any patterns and reactive tendencies that need deeper development work.
